Mabisel Trading & Construction Ltd was incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 with Registration of Business Name No. 445000 under the hand of the Registrar General, Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Abuja on the 14th day of March,2002.
It is a wholly owned Nigeria Company established to provide services and solution to the oil and gas industry in Nigeria. We have an assembly of professionals and dedicated workforce with unparalleled level of experience.
Our experience, coupled with a positive attitude challenges us to offer innovative concepts and solutions that sometime, improve quality, enhance safety, and manage host community. Our people oriented project driven approach has allowed us to maintain the continuity of this cohesive team with objectives of achieving the lowest attrition rate in the industry.
We operate offshore marine support vessels, serving the west African oil and gas exploration and production industries, having its office located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. We provide a wide range of offshore support services coupled with the highest standards of safety, service and technical expertise in the marine industry.
